This large 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or fun with friends!

In the evenings, gather around the cozy fire pit for warm conversations under the stars. Take advantage of the outdoor grilling area for delicious barbecues, and challenge your friends to a game of bags in our designated area!
Beach Access: Explore a variety of nearby beaches, each offering its own unique charm. On Anna Maria Island, hop on the free trolley or the Monkey Bus for convenient transportation around the island.
Local Adventures: Enjoy vibrant bars, charming boutiques, and delicious restaurants. Visit Historic Bridge Street for a day of fun or relax on the beautiful sandy beaches while shelling. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.
Guest have access to the whole property.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more
c. For stays that are for rental periods of more than 30 days, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.
- All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.
For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.

Wir hatten drei wundervolle Wochen Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Haus in Florida. Das Haus mit Pool war einfach fantastisch - eine tolle Lage, ruhige Nachbarschaft und eine wunderschöne Wohngegend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an absolut wohlgefühlt. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
We greatly enjoyed our week here. House was extremely clean and loved the outdoor space. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
The property is very nice, clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. The property manager was always available and very responsive.
