Outdoor Bliss: Unwind poolside in the heated pool, sip on refreshing drinks, and enjoy stunning views of the lake. In the evenings, gather around the cozy fire pit for warm conversations under the stars. Take advantage of the outdoor grilling area for delicious barbecues, and challenge your friends to a game of bags in our designated area!

Beach Access: Explore a variety of nearby beaches, each offering its own unique charm. On Anna Maria Island, hop on the free trolley or the Monkey Bus for convenient transportation around the island.

Local Adventures: Enjoy vibrant bars, charming boutiques, and delicious restaurants. Visit Historic Bridge Street for a day of fun or relax on the beautiful sandy beaches while shelling.   Discover the vibrant local scene, including the home of the Pirates minor league baseball team and Pirate City, their spring training complex. Enjoy nearby breweries and distilleries, explore the downtown Bradenton arts district, and visit IMG Academy. Plus, take advantage of the 20 new pickleball courts in GT Bray Park, located just about a mile from the house.

Pool Heating is complementary from November 1 through April 30 to approximately 85-87 degrees. Warmer pool temperatures may be available for a fee depending on ambient air temperatures.  Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity.   Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.

Guest have access to the whole property.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS. 
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1.	PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a.	30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b.	60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more 
c.     For stays that are for rental periods of more than 30 days, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR  b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2.	All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.
