NEW LISTING Relax at Redwood II, Close to Siesta Key Beach, Pool

Property was very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Living room furniture like new and very comfortable. Neighbors I ran into (from other condos) were friendly and pool (shared between two condo communities) was in good shape and a nice addition. Photos not fully reflective of main building exterior. Location very good, within 5-10 minutes of Siesta Key Beach though very close to a main street, so though a calm environment, traffic sounds could be heard plus humming of (likely) neighbor's AC unit which hosts thoughtfully tried to address. (I am personally sensitive to sounds so this probably wouldn't be an issue for most people). In general, hosts very responsive to anything that came up and for that, cleanliness and comfort, and safe vibe - give this unit a high rating and happy to recommend.

This place saved us. Our initial place didn’t work out and within minutes we found this condo 2 minutes from our initial place. The owners immediately responded with check in instructions. Upon entering the condo there were love bugs all over the condo. (We were understanding it is love bug season). We called Dave and made him aware of the issue. He immediately offered to come down and clean them up for us while we go enjoy dinner. When coming back from dinner all the bugs were cleaned up. The place was clean, had beach chairs, beach umbrella, for guests to use. Great place!

This was exactly what I needed! I parked my car, unloaded my bike, and my car didn't move until it was packed up and ready to go home. The unit is right over the bridge so a quick, simple ride to all Siesta Key has to offer. I generally get an icky feeling from upholstered furniture, but the sofa, chair, and pillows are all like new. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels. Although I brought my own, it was nice that beach chairs and an umbrella were available. Both the bed and couch are VERY comfortable (firm, which I love!) and the bed pillows are too. I locked my bike ($$$$), but a few residents did not, so the neighborhood is obviously safe. While not necessary, a TV in the bedroom would be nice. I will check availability next time I head to Siesta Key!
