This condo is designed for relaxing coastal living with unbeatable proximity to the beach. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, biking to the Village, or watching sunsets across the street, Sandy Feet Retreat offers the perfect Siesta Key experience.

You can take a trolley from the corner bus stop up the road to the restaurants and shops in Siesta Key Village. The trolley also will take you up and down the key to the south siesta key area of restaurants or to visit another beach access if you prefer. Uber and Lyft are available. There are rental shops in the village to rent golf carts, scoot coups or scooters as well.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
   a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
   b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

1. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.
