Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from the best of Sarasota, the Modern Hacienda is a warm, fully equipped 3-bedroom home designed for groups and families who want the comfort of home without sacrificing location.

From the fully fenced backyard with a gas grill and yard games, to beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your next beach day, every detail is set up so you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Comfortable Spaces for Everyone

The home sleeps up to 7 adults across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:
• Primary Bedroom — Queen bed with private en-suite full bathroom
• Bedroom 2 — Full bed plus a twin pull-out sofa, perfect for families or flexible sleeping arrangements
• Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together

A shared second full bathroom with a combo tub/shower serves Bedrooms 2 and 3. Every bedroom has its own TV, and there’s a TV in the living room too — so everyone can watch what they want.

The full kitchen means you’re never forced to eat out if you’d rather stay in. Cook up fresh Gulf catch, prep picnic lunches for the beach, or enjoy your morning coffee in the backyard.
